Position Summary
Change lives through Medtronic Cardiac Ablation (CAS) solutions by promoting, selling, and servicing our products within an assigned territory. This remote role requires residency in the territory and frequent travel to multiple accounts. A valid driver’s license is essential.
Responsibilities- Represent Medtronic CA Solutions as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
- Handle sales, service, and clinical/technical support.
- Manage overall relationship between CA and account.
- Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service Medtronic’s CA Solutions products and services.
- Implement quarterly sales plans and achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Maintain knowledge of Medtronic CAS products and support sales efforts.
- Coordinate customer activities at all meetings as assigned.
- Complete administrative reporting (e.g., expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners, competitive updates, inventory log).
- Provide ongoing field intelligence on competitive activity, market changes, distribution, pricing, customer preferences, and product features.
- Manage time and assets cost‑effectively.
- Utilize sales collateral to support promotional and territorial needs.
- Train and educate customers to gain incremental business and expand market.
- Maintain proficient product knowledge across all assigned lines.
- Advise customers on CAS product updates, indications, approvals, protocols, and safety information.
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years of experience.
- Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years of experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ Years of B2B experience and 1 year in Medical Device Sales.
- 3+ Years of TDS experience and 1 year in Medical Device Sales.
Job Requirements
- Frequent travel to customer clinics, hospitals, and offsite meetings; over 75% travel.
- Ability to be independently mobile, interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co‑workers.
- Occasional lifting or moving up to 15 pounds.
- Must stand, sit, or walk for 8 hours a day.
- Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy; driving record will be reviewed.
Base salary range: $63,000.00 – $65,000.00 (U.S., excluding Puerto Rico). Additional compensation may include a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) based on performance.
