We are looking for a high-performing Direct Account Manager to drive strategic growth across North America's commercial transportation market. This role is responsible for developing and expanding relationships with large fleet operators, leasing companies, and national accounts while delivering customized trailer solutions that support customers' operational goal.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire and grow national fleet accounts across North America.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities with major carriers, leasing companies, and private fleets.
  • Manage executive-level customer relationships, serving as the trusted advisor throughout the sales process.
  • Identify opportunities for fleet replacement, expansion, and customized trailer solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver customer-specific solutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and account activity through Salesforce CRM.
  • Represent the company at customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience selling commercial trailers, heavy‑duty transportation equipment, or related products.
  • Proven experience developing and managing national accounts with complex, multi‑location customers.
  • Strong understanding of fleet operations and trailer specifications.
  • Demonstrated success closing high‑value, multi‑million‑dollar sales opportunities.
  • Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling to major transportation fleets, leasing companies, or national carriers.
  • Knowledge of custom trailer configurations, telematics, or emerging fleet technologies.
  • Familiarity with sustainability initiatives and alternative transportation solutions.
