Full Time, Dayshift. $10,000 Sign On Bonus.
As the only free‑standing psychiatric hospital in the Central Kentucky area, we are expanding our services to meet the community’s needs. The Ridge Behavioral Health System is a 110‑bed hospital located in Lexington, KY, offering psychiatric and substance use disorder treatment for children, adolescents, and adults.
- Lead, manage, and supervise the Business Development Team to maintain existing referral source relationships, develop new marketing opportunities in the facility’s service area, and ensure a minimum number of contacts per week.
- Maintain communication with referral source networks and clinical staff to obtain information regarding patient progress and provide feedback to referral sources.
- Effectively market both the hospital and alternative services to contribute to the organization’s success.

- Business or related field. Master of Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Minimum Associate Degree with 5 years mental health experience required.
- None
- Three to five years of experience in organizational communications, referral development, workshop planning, sales management, and physician relationships required.
- Five to eight years of experience in the same areas preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
