Sales Enablement and Content Specialist:
We're partnering with a fast-growing, tech‑led business that's investing heavily in its Go‑To‑Market function and is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to help elevate sales performance through world‑class enablement, content and process optimisation.
You’ll own the design and delivery of engaging sales enablement programmes, push out modern sales methodologies, and create high‑impact content that helps commercial teams win more business. Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Revenue Operations, you’ll build playbooks, training, sales assets and scalable processes that drive consistency and performance across the GTM organisation.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or a similar commercial role.
- Experience creating sales training, playbooks, enablement content and process documentation.
- Familiarity with Challenger, MEDDPICC, SPIN or other consultative sales methodologies.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM and enablement platforms (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Highspot, Guru, Spekit, Seismic or similar).
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Notion AI to improve productivity and content creation.
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills with a passion for helping sales teams succeed.
