Pay: $17/hr base pay, up to $4/hr performance bonus (Total: up to $21/hr)

Schedule:

16-20 hours per week – Friday to Sunday availability required

Dates: 7/27/26 – 11/01/26

• Engage customers and demonstrate the latest Starlink services to enhance internet needs
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending the right Starlink service as a subject matter expert
• Represent Starlink and 2020 Companies professionally, fostering positive relationships with customers and store staff
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the team's success
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders, share knowledge, and support a productive work environment
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports using a mobile device
• Maintain a consistent weekend schedule (primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts)
• Adapt to local retail store environments, respect established hierarchies, and adhere to all operational policies

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and guide customers through the sales process
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment
• Availability to work weekends
• Owns a smartphone with current Apple iOS or Android software
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits
