What You Will Do- Integrate all company objectives and strategies to drive executional results; supervise Division Sales Managers and Regional Account Managers and serve as a role model for persuasive selling skills.
- Leverage industry knowledge and relationships to drive revenue of company products and services, focusing on current and new account opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal and external sales channels to provide daily oversight, ensuring proper planning, resources, and alliances for successful promotion of company products.
- Evaluate and develop individual team members to improve skills, capabilities, and performance.
- Collaborate with team to create a positive, energetic region, supervise work of DSMs & RAMs.
- Coach and empower team to deliver executional excellence.
- Make personnel decisions/recommendations with HR partners for DSMs & RAMs.
- Engage with leadership to share key customer requirements, identify opportunities for leverage within accounts.
- Support RAMs with implementing Joint Business Planning processes with top region customers.
- Partner with top customers to align company and customer objectives.
- Work with DSMs to optimize retail store coverage designs.
- Direct team resources to maximize time allocation on a store‑by‑store basis.
- Identify opportunities within region and provide input on potential areas for improved results.
- Analyze region for opportunities to share insights, suggestions, and solutions that are shareable to maximize selling impact.
- Measure requirements of retail partnership agreements to ensure they are maintained by retail stores.
- Maximize effectiveness of all merchandising fixtures / displays / POS to present a competitive merchandising advantage at retail.
- Drive adoption of formal Customer Joint Business Plans at top accounts.
- Coach & develop DSMs, RAMs to improve selling skills, customer partnership, and people management capabilities.
- Support team in developing customized selling plans that resonate with retailers and encompass conceptual selling in the store.
- Collaborate with division resources to identify sales opportunities that can be acted to drive sales performance.
- Implement area go‑to‑market approach for the region and provide ongoing input on area‑wide improvements.
- Customize sales strategies, plans, key initiatives across region to account & sales rep level.
- Deliver assigned sales KPIs and key initiative objectives across region customers & retail stores.
- Analyze the regional landscape and develop win/win solutions for both team & customers.
- Accept responsibility for region results across deliverables (coverage, merchandising, distribution, promotional programs, volume objectives, talent management).
- Help team gain and maintain acceptance of the ITG Portal as primary method for reimbursement/tracking.
- Report customer & competitive insights to identify critical sales opportunities and provide solutions to HQ & Area VP.
- Collaborate with area/regional resources to develop best practice approaches to business opportunities.

- Required
Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of sales experience, such as regional sales manager, strategic account manager, or sales manager.
- Experience managing and leading channel partners and/or independent sales reps.
- Experience driving sales performance in a team environment.
- Experience in business‑to‑business account selling.
- 3+ years of direct supervision/managerial experience.
- Valid driver’s license issued by state of residence.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Attention to detail, problem‑situation analysis, time and task management, multitasking, flexibility, adaptability.
