The KCC Heating and Cooling Louisville/Lexington office is searching for a qualified outside sales professional to cover the Louisville/Lexington markets.

• Base Salary starting at $50,000 (this may vary based on experience) along with a sales commission package.

• Generating new leads by making cold calls, calling on active accounts, and maintaining an awareness of new business openings in the area.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and potential customers.
• Genarate proposals and make executive level presentations.
• Hit sales goals on a consist basis by acquiring new customers and growing current customers.
• Make customer site visits to perform equipment surveys.
• Manage, organize and prioritize multiple projects at one time.

• Interested parties must possess a demonstrated record of success in selling services or other intangible offerings.
• You must be self-motivated with a strong desire to work with customers at all levels.
• A leadership character along with the desire, ability and skills to manage the entire sale cycle is essential.
• Having experience in Commercial/Industrial HVAC industry preferred by not required.
• Excellent oral, written, and organizational skills / with use of Outlook, Excel and word.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work on ladders or step stools
• Requires bending, stooping and standing.
• Good visual and spatial perception.
• Follow established safety policies including, but not limited to, mobile equipment, PPE, emergency response, HAZCOM, first-aid response, etc.
