As a Rental Coordinator, you'll be the key point of contact for our rental customers, helping them find the right equipment while ensuring every rental runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Build new business through outbound calls and customer outreach.
• Respond to rental inquiries and close rental opportunities.
• Prepare rental agreements, invoices, and required documentation.
• Coordinate equipment deliveries, transfers, and returns with Logistics.
• Maintain accurate customer information in Zoho CRM.
• Verify insurance, process purchase orders, and shipping documents.
• Follow up on outstanding invoices and rental payments.
• Communicate equipment availability, pricing, and specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to both new and existing customers.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
• Knowledge of construction, heavy equipment, or industrial equipment is a plus.
