- Lead customer interactions leveraging industry research and insights
- Uncover new business via networking with key influencers including A&D and Commercial Real Estate
- Create lasting relationships with key influencers as well as customers
- Possess a strong desire to serve others
- Uncover customer needs and position the appropriate solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills with customers
- Manage customer touches and sales forecast in a CRM database
- Grow and manage new as well as existing customer base
