This organization provides agents with the training support and lead generation resources needed to build and grow a strong book of business Whether you are experienced in sales or just starting your career the team is committed to helping motivated individuals succeed in a structured and supportive environment

This is a performance-driven role offering strong earning potential flexible scheduling and the opportunity for career advancement

Schedule Monday - Friday

• Build relationships with new clients and maintain ongoing relationships with existing customers
• Meet with individuals and families to understand their needs and recommend appropriate options
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients to provide continued support and service
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and information
• Work toward individual performance goals while contributing to a collaborative team environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort speaking with people and building professional relationships
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Organized and detail oriented
• Basic familiarity with computer programs such as word processing spreadsheets and CRM tools
• A positive confident and professional approach
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required Training and mentorship are provided for individuals who are motivated to learn

• 73k-80k OTE year one
