The Opportunity We're looking for a Showroom Inside Sales & Consultant to join our Lexington team and help customers navigate our curated selection of luxury plumbing fixtures and finishes. This is acustomer-facing, floor-based role for someone who genuinely loves beautiful design, thrives on building relationships, and takes pride in getting every detail right — from the first conversationto the final order.

What You'll DoWelcome homeowners, designers, contractors, and trade professionals to the showroom floor and guidethem through our luxury plumbing product offerings.

Build genuine, consultative relationships with customers by listening to their project goals, stylepreferences, and budget, then recommending fixtures and finishes that fit.

Maintain deep product knowledge across our luxury plumbing lines, staying current on newcollections, finishes, and features so you can speak to them with confidence and authenticity.

Prepare accurate quotes, process orders, and manage the details of each sale with precision —tracking specifications, lead times, and special orders closely.

Keep the showroom floor organized, well-merchandised, and presentation-ready at all times.

Partner with outside sales, purchasing, and vendor representatives to support customer orders fromselection through delivery.

Follow up with customers throughout their project to ensure a smooth experience and build long-term Loyalty to Wiseway Supply.

What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in showroom plumbing sales or a closely related luxury/design retail environment.

A genuine passion for luxury plumbing products and residential design trends.

Strong attention to detail — comfortable managing product specs, pricing, and order details without letting things slip.

A consultative sales approach: you ask good questions, listen first, and guide rather than push.

Excellent communication skills, both in person and in writing, with customers and internal teams alike.

Comfort with basic sales/order-entry software (training provided on our specific systems).A professional, welcoming presence on the showroom floor.
