In-Home Sales Consultant; Exterior Renovations

We’re looking for a motivated and personable In-Home Sales Consultant to join our Lexington team. In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners to evaluate their exterior renovation needs—including siding, roofing, windows, and more. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in home improvement, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to help customers make confident, informed decisions.

• Visit clients’ homes to assess exterior renovation needs.
• Conduct consultations to understand homeowner goals and preferences.
• Educate clients on our services and the benefits of our solutions.
• Measure and inspect exteriors; prepare accurate estimates.
• Create tailored proposals to suit each homeowner’s needs.
• Follow up with leads and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the project management team for seamless execution.
• Track sales activity and client communications in our CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

• Experience in in-home sales, preferably in home improvement.
• Knowledge of siding, roofing, and window products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable with local travel to customer homes.
