Treasury Management Officer

Position Overview

As a Treasury Management Officer I within the Treasury Management Sales organization, you will be based in either Lexington KY or Louisville KY.

• Handles relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients in a book of business to grow sales, revenue and market share with relevant sales goals. Works with clients with basic levels of risk and complexity of needs and generally works with a higher degree of supervision.
• With direction, acquires, expands and retains client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet. Handles the origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of non‑credit products and services.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients. Actively identifies and mitigates various types of risk, such as regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas and insights based on an understanding of the client’s needs and financial well‑being. Increases client engagement and loyalty through strategic dialogue and opportunity quantification.
• Builds an effective network of internal and external relationships, such as community and industry relationships, to acquire new clients and expand existing clients and enhance the client experience. Ensures awareness of the full range of PNC’s products and services. Leverages reporting and sales tools to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities. Demonstrates ability to analyze, evaluate, and inform on treasury product knowledge, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning.

• 3+ years of relevant direct industry experience and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education, experience, and certifications).
• Strong knowledge of client relationship building, customer engagement, financial analysis, and sales opportunity identification.
• Ability to manage risk, sustain quality, and negotiate and document non‑credit products.
• Excellent communication, customer‑centric mindset, and industry knowledge.
