We're recruiting for a growing company in the commercial landscaping industry looking to add a motivated Business Development Sales Representative to its team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants the security of a consistent base salary paired with an excellent commission and incentive compensation program that rewards performance.

• $35,000 consistent annual base salary
• Typical first-year total earnings of $65,000-$70,000
• Additional bonus & incentive compensation opportunities
• Strong earning potential as you grow your book of business

• Build relationships with prospective commercial customers and key decision-makers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities throughout the market
• Prospect through networking, referrals, outbound outreach, and company-provided leads
• Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities
• Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
• Follow up and nurture relationships throughout the sales process
• Partner with internal operations and leadership teams to ensure a great customer experience
• Represent the company at networking, community, and industry events
• Work toward established sales and revenue goals while growing your customer base

Experience with in commercial landscaping, property services, facility services, construction, or a related industry is a plus—but not necessarily required for the right sales professional.
