Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol officer in a retail location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service.

$23.50 / Hour

• Mon 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Tue 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site‑specific policies, access procedures, and emergency response protocols at a retail location with high‑value merchandise.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting security‑related concerns and notifying site contacts and/or law enforcement when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances and exits, stock areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter theft, trespassing, and other unwanted activity.
• Maintain an armed presence in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site post orders, using sound judgment and professionalism during daily duties, customer interactions, and security‑related response activities.

• Possess a concealed carry weapons permit.
• Have at least 1 year of armed security‑related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
