Oak View Group - 430 West Vine Street - Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary communications hub for the security team, receiving, evaluating, and prioritizing emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatching personnel via two-way radio or phone;
Actively monitor CCTV cameras, fire alarm panels, intrusion detection systems, and Alertus alarms to identify security breaches or safety hazards;
Maintain a real-time, chronological log of shifts, incidents, system alarms, and deployments using incident management software;
Oversee the secure issuance, tracking, and return of operational keys, radios, and specialized security equipment;
Remotely manage building access by verifying credentials, securing doors, and controlling gates
