Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response protocols;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of technology facilities, office areas, access points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter;
Monitor for unauthorized access, suspicious activity, property concerns, and/or policy violations, and report observations through established channels;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner;
Document patrol activity and incidents accurately, and coordinate with site personnel and/or emergency responders as appropriate
