** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at an educational location.

+ Maintain a professional front desk presence by greeting visitors, verifying identification as required, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to appropriate campus offices or locations.

+ Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and/or communication systems, and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, or security-related issues according to site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate campus personnel and/or emergency responders when needed.

+ Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while providing clear information regarding site rules, directions, and available resources.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
