• Perform installation and rodent exclusion projects.
• Conduct termite bait installation and insulation replacement projects.
• Provide general repair, insulation, encapsulation, and gutter installation as a handyman.
• Ensure proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
• Maintain accurate paperwork and budgets for each job.
• Serve as a key member of the branch team.

• At least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of general carpentry experience.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background check, physical exam, and drug screen.
• Physical ability to perform ladder work, carry up to 50 lbs., work in various weather conditions, and perform heavy manual tasks.
