Refrigeration Technician Supervisor Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a supermarket refrigeration role
- Strong working knowledge of/experience with HVAC, Refrigeration, preventative maintenance
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Strong time management
- Experience leading a team of at least 4 techs
- Ability to work some nights and weekends as needed
- 15% overnight travel
- Driver's License with a clean driving record
- EPA license
- Strong communication skills
- Servant Leader
