Champion Window is seeking an Assistant Carpenter / Installer. On‑job training with growth opportunities. As an Assistant Carpenter / Installer you will support the lead installer in the construction of sunrooms (walls, windows, doors, support structures and roof) to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Assist the Lead Installer in job installation to ensure a Champion quality job is done timely and safely
• Interact with customers professionally
• Load and unload materials for the job
• Learn aspects of the lead installer’s responsibilities
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Perform all job aspects safely and in compliance with federal, state and local laws

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; construction trade school a plus
• Prior experience in construction and skilled labor (carpentry, roofing, window installation, use of a brake, hand tools such as utility knife, hammer, deglazing tools, etc.)
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers
• Math skills including use of a tape measure and angles
• Detail‑oriented
