Apprentice Hvac Installer

At Green Box Home Services, we are known for our incredible culture and top-notch customer service! We are hiring a full-time Apprentice HVAC Installer who specializes in residential & light commercial replacement to serve our customers in Lexington and the surrounding counties. We are in search of hard-working, licensed HVAC Lead Installers that have a strong knowledge base who enjoy their trade, have strong communication skills, and are team players.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ability to fully install HVAC systems from rough to final with assistance from our senior installers
• Inspect each aspect of an installation before leaving the job to prevent unnecessary callbacks after a job is completed
• Inspect system after each installation is completed to ensure that the system is working properly
• Paperless environment - tablet/smartphone proficiency preferred
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
• Customer service
• Learn from other senior professionals in the field and develop your trade skills!

The qualified candidate will possess the following:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Customer service / soft skills / building value focused
