- Competitive Pay:
Technicians earn 24% of billed labor revenue, averaging $900–$1,200+ per week (performance‑based). Bonus opportunities include extra pay for full‑day jobs, weekly revenue bonuses (up to $150), higher rates for emergency calls, and monthly/quarterly performance bonuses. - Company Vehicle:

- Perform Diverse Handyman Jobs:
Complete a wide range of small‑to‑medium maintenance and repair projects for both homes and businesses – including carpentry, drywall, tile, flooring, painting, doors, windows, decks, and light remodeling. Manage each project independently from start to finish, ensuring high‑quality results. - Customer Service & Communication:
Communicate clearly with customers to understand their needs, explain work recommendations, and manage expectations about project scope, costs, and timelines. Deliver a great customer experience that wows every client and turns them into life‑long customers, following the proven Mr. Handyman Way to get the job done right. - Quality Workmanship:
Perform all repairs and improvements with an eye for detail and craftsmanship. We stand behind our work with a one‑year Done Right Promise, so jobs must be done correctly the first time. If an issue arises, we make it right promptly. - Job Documentation:
Use a company‑provided tablet to document each job – take before‑and‑after photos, write up notes, and process invoices/payment upon completion. Ensure all work orders and customer approvals are properly recorded. - Maintain Equipment & Safety:
Keep the company vehicle and your tools/equipment clean, organized, and in good working condition. Follow all safety protocols on job sites, including wearing proper PPE and boot covers to protect our customers’ homes. Safely handle ladders (up to 32’) and work on roofs or elevated areas when necessary. - Professionalism:
Represent Mr. Handyman with integrity and courtesy at all times. This includes arriving on time in uniform, maintaining a clean work area, and respecting the customer’s property. Communicate with the office team as needed for support, additional materials, or schedule changes.
- Experience:
10+ years of paid experience in construction, carpentry, remodeling, or general home repair is required. As a multi‑skilled craftsman, you should be proficient in several trades – ideally at least 3 of the following: carpentry, drywall installation/repair, painting, floor installation,…
