Job Summary

Tryfacta is seeking a Mechanical maintenance position for our client in Lexington, KY 40511. This is a temporary contract assignment.

• Position Title: Mechanical maintenance
• Location: Lexington, KY 40511
• Duration: open-ended
• Work Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Pay rate: 14.00/hr.

• HVAC Maintenance & Repair: Perform installation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems to ensure efficient and safe operation.
• Plumbing Support & Repair: Handle basic to intermediate plumbing tasks, including leak repairs, pipe fittings, fixture replacements, and system inspections to maintain proper water flow and functionality.
• Electrical Work & Maintenance: Assist with electrical repairs, wiring checks, lighting replacements, and troubleshooting electrical issues to ensure all systems operate safely and reliably.
• General Mechanical Trades Support: Perform a variety of mechanical maintenance tasks as needed, including equipment servicing, minor repairs, and supporting other mechanical trade activities across the facility.
