At Green Box Home Services , we are known for our incredible culture and top-notch customer service! We are hiring a full-time Apprentice HVAC Installer who specializes in residential & light commercial replacement to serve our customers in Lexington and the surrounding counties. We are in search of hard-working, licensed HVAC Lead Installers that have a strong knowledge base who enjoy their trade, have strong communication skills, and are team players.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Ability to fully install HVAC systems from rough to final with assistance from our senior installers
Inspect each aspect of an installation before leaving the job to prevent unnecessary callbacks after a job is completed
Inspect system after each installation is completed to ensure that the system is working properly
Paperless environment - tablet/smartphone proficiency preferred
Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
Customer service
Learn from other senior professionals in the field and develop your trade skills!
The qualified candidate will possess the following:
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Customer service / soft skills / building value focused
