Part-Time Prefab Associate​/Driver

The Prefab Associate is critical to completing the pre‑fabrication of materials as required to R.T. Moore quality standards as assigned by the pre‑fabrication supervisor.

Plain City / Columbus, 8205 Business Way, Plain City, OH 43064, USA

• Thoroughly complete the pre‑fabrication of tub and tub shower valves in a manner consistent with RTMC standards ensuring all connections are leak free and valve is operational
• Accurately complete testing and tagging of temporary sump pumps per prescribed methods; keep sump pumps organized and stored in designated location
• Precisely measure, cut and thread black pipe to field crew’s specifications
• Systematically ensure requisition of materials
• Steadily complete prefabrication of other components as required

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• No prior experience necessary, warehouse and forklift experience a plus
• Proactive drive for accomplishing tasks successfully in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic computer skills necessary
• Clear, effective communications skills – both written and verbal
• Aptitude for prioritizing, planning, and problem‑solving
• Preference for accuracy, attention to detail, and organization
