Commercial HVAC Service Technician - Journeyman Level

Location: Lexington, KY

Compensation: $33 - $58 hourly DOE

Dynamic Air Solutions is seeking experienced Industrial HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. If you have a proven track record working on commercial-grade HVAC systems in industrial or manufacturing settings, we want to hear from you.

This is a hands‑on role focused on the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex HVAC equipment critical to industrial operations. A strong commitment to safety protocols and procedures is essential, as you'll be working in environments where precision and caution are key to protecting both personnel and equipment.

• Install, maintain, and service large-scale industrial HVAC systems, including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, cooling towers, make-up air units, and exhaust systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical components, controls, and refrigerant systems
• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
• Work independently or as part of a team on large retrofit or new construction projects
• Communicate effectively with facility managers and team leads

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC field
• Valid Journeyman HVAC License
• Current EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification (Universal)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Be able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and procedures
• Valid Driver's License
