Lead Mitigation Technician

Rainbow Restoration has an immediate opening for an experienced Lead Water Mitigation Technician
. Our water division requires our technicians to work closely with plumbers, insurance agents, and homeowners to mitigate water damages and restore peace of mind to our customers.

• Utilize advanced skills and equipment to mitigate water-damaged environments.
• Perform water restoration and non-complex service work in both commercial and residential settings.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters and homeowners to ensure a seamless restoration process.
• Operate with safety as the primary concern for yourself, your team, and the customer.

• Experience: At least 3 years of hands‑on water mitigation experience.
• Software: Knowledge and understanding of Xactimate/Xactware software is a major plus.
• Professionalism: A professional appearance and a positive, “can-do” attitude.
• Drive: A team player who is equally comfortable working independently and has a desire to learn from the best in the industry.
