Maintenance Technician

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to aid in the installation, maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment, and to provide maintenance for the manufacturing facilities and offices.

• Perform preventative maintenance
• Repair pneumatic and electric hand tools
• Electromechanical repair
• Facility upkeep

• Must be proficient in the maintenance and mechanical repair of production equipment as listed:
• CNC Punch Machine
• CNC Bend Machine
• CNC Milling Machine
• Mechanical Shear
• Hydraulic Press Brakes
• Pneumatic hand tools
• High Pressure wash systems
• Welder and lead repairs
• Must be proficient in electrical/mechanical maintenance including: 3 Phase Motors, AC/DC Drives, PLC, Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Welding is a plus but not required
• Assist with building and site maintenance
• Good problem solving ability
• Strong people/communication skills
• Must be willing to be on-call
• The ability to work safely and maintain a clean working environment
• 2 years of industrial maintenance experience
• A 2-year associate degree in engineering/technical field or time-equivalent job experience
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with industrial machinery
• Possess a valid driver’s license

Hours:

4:15pm – 2:15am, Monday – Thursday. Shift differential: $3.00.
