Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial X-ray equipment
- Diagnose and service electrical and electronic controls, PCs, PLCs, and motion control systems
- Provide on-site technical support and training to customers
- Ensure equipment performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction
- Represent NSI with professionalism and technical excellence at customer facilities
- Strong experience in electrical/electronic troubleshooting
- Knowledge of PC systems, PLCs, and motion controls
- A proactive, customer-first mindset
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- A commitment to safety and technical precision
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings and background checks
