Hendricks Commercial Properties seeks a Facilities Technician II to maintain assigned properties, address maintenance calls, and keep spaces safe and aesthetically pleasing. You will own tasks, respond to tenant needs, and support a team across multiple properties. Responsibilities include grounds care, lighting checks, fire/safety inspections, and on-call coverage.
Valid license and HVAC/electrical/plumbing certification are preferred;
Yardi experience is a plus. U.S.
