Concrete Delivery Professional; Class A or B CDL Ada, OK

The Concrete Delivery Professional is responsible for driving and delivering concrete to industrial, commercial, and residential construction job sites in a safe and efficient manner adhering to DOT and company rules and regulations.

• Operate and drive a ready mix truck in a safe and efficient manner adhering to the Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Dolese rules and regulations.
• Demonstrate an understanding of health, safety, and environmental practices at the workplace and continuously follow all safety rules.
• Perform weekly maintenance, record, and inspection on vehicles to include fueling, cleaning, tire/light inspection, and checking and adding fluids as needed.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections in a timely manner.
• Visually inspect the consistency of concrete in the mixer.
• Use water hoses, brushes, and other cleaning supplies to maintain a clean mixer truck.
• Complete and maintain a DOT Daily Log Book.
• Understand and communicate job hazards and direct workers either directly, through two‑way radio, or using hand signals.
• Utilize tools and technology relevant to the role (eTicket, etc.).
• Exercise good judgment regarding worksite access, unloading, and operation to and from the delivery site.
• Assist maintenance with repairs as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude around coworkers and customers and act in a professional and courteous manner.
• Assist in training of coworkers as needed.
• Show regular, reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned work location.
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis.

• Must possess a Class A or Class B CDL license.
• Must have a clean and safe driving record.
• Ability to maintain an active DOT qualification.
• Ability to perform well in a team environment.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work without direct supervision.
• Willingness to work nights, overtime, and weekends as required.

• Ability to work up to 16 hours, with a maximum driving time per day of 11 hours and work according to DOT Hours of Service Regulations.
• Lift objects of various dimensions and up to 100 lbs. of weight frequently.
• Perform sustained overhead reaching.
• Work in areas with the potential for high noise levels.
• Tolerate working at heights up to 12 feet.
• Work near, around, or on light or heavy equipment.
• Repeatedly climb stairs and climb ladders.
• Repeatedly balance, bend from the trunk, crawl, kneel, push and pull objects.
• Use vibration tools frequently.
• Tolerate working outdoors in all environmental temperatures and weather conditions.
• Repeatedly reach, squat, and tolerate prolonged standing, walking, or sitting.
• Repeatedly walk on uneven surfaces.
