Maintain facility environmental systems and perform routine maintenance, installation, and repairs of HVAC equipment;
Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC energy management systems to optimize energy and reduce downtime;
Complete inspections and documentation for mechanical and refrigeration systems per procedures and regulatory requirements;
Coordinate with contract services for HVAC, boiler, chiller, and refrigeration equipment maintenance;
Perform both preventative and corrective maintenance and respond to emergency repairs as needed
