Journeyman HVAC Installer

You will work a steady, full-time schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
. Occasionally, Saturdays and overtime will be required to meet customer needs and ensure project success.

You will arrive at the start of your shift ready to tackle a variety of HVAC installation projects, from heating and air conditioning systems to ductwork and sheet metal work. Throughout the day, you will put your expertise to use interpreting wiring diagrams, handling a wide range of equipment, and ensuring every installation meets our high standards for quality and safety.

You will communicate with team members, stay organized, and rely on your problem-solving skills to overcome challenges on the job.

• Journeyman license OR the hours necessary to obtain a license
• Strong familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Knowledge of installing a wide range of equipment
• Ability to perform physical functions, including lifting over 75 pounds
• Basic computer skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
