Mobile Engineer

Job Summary

JLL is seeking a Mobile Engineer to operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment across assigned facilities in the Cleveland, OH area.

• Perform preventive and repair work orders on all HVAC/R systems, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and building interior/exterior repairs.
• Operate and repair HVAC/R equipment, electrical distribution, plumbing, and production equipment.
• Conduct inspections and due diligence, reporting conditions that impact occupancy and operations.
• Maintain detailed records of past operating experiences and anticipated repairs.
• Submit P‑card receipts and update work order status in real time.
• Use CMMS (Corrigo) for all work performed.
• Support call‑in work and other duties as required.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Universal CFC recovery certification (or obtained within 90 days of employment).
• Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, covering HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and production equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of overall system design and applications.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and/or supermarket refrigeration.
• Valid state driver's license.

• Experience utilizing CMMS work order systems.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Two years of trade school or documented apprenticeship in electrical systems, refrigeration, and HVAC.

Estimated salary range: $68,640.00 – $95,680.00 USD per year.

Mobile position covering Cleveland, OH and surrounding area. On‑site duty. Standard business hours with on‑call availability.
