Commercial Service Technician III

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer concerns in commercial environments.
• Perform service on commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and accessories.
• Perform start‑ups on air conditioning systems as required.
• Deliver and remove equipment needed to complete service work.
• Provide excellent service to commercial customers and sustain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer concerns, questions, or problems in an effective manner.
• Prepare material requisition forms to ensure proper truck stock levels.
• Perform maintenance on equipment, service/clean IAQ products, solder, weld, braz, and perform minor field fabrication.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commercial HVAC license required (Gasfitter 2 or Gasfitter
  1);
  Refrigeration license (313A) preferred.
• License in plumbing, electrical work, sheet metal, or refrigeration an asset.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and experience in the commercial HVAC field.
• Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
• Adept at servicing commercial heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment and related accessories.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivery of customer‑focused service.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.
• Ability to work overtime and weekend hours as required.
• Must meet minimum background check criteria.

• Minimum Experience:
  
  4+ years in commercial HVAC.
• Minimum Education:
  
  High School Diploma or GED.
