About The Role Biztec LLC is seeking a Master Technician — the most senior technical role on our field team. As the top installer and troubleshooter, you'll take ownership of the most complex commercial physical security projects from start to finish, set the technical standard for the entire crew, and serve as the go-to expert for access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, low-voltage systems, and IP networking.
Beyond hands-on mastery, you'll lead and mentor technicians at every level, drive quality control across job sites, and partner with project managers to ensure every installation is delivered to code, on schedule, and to Biztec's highest standard. This role is built for a seasoned professional who holds multiple licenses and brings deep, wide-ranging expertise to the field.
