Join the Double D Group team in Greenville as an Electronics and Automation Specialist within our maintenance department. This is an excellent opportunity to work hands‑on with advanced production equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing electronic and automation systems, contributing directly to the reliability and productivity of our facility.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting of electronic and automation systems in production areas.
  • Develop, maintain, and organize electrical and electronic schematics, prints, and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Conduct hands‑on maintenance and repairs as needed.
  • Manage and execute Preventative Maintenance programs, ensuring all scheduled work orders are completed on time.
  • Schedule and oversee preoperational testing and inspection of equipment prior to production start‑up.
  • Inspect and evaluate equipment operating conditions, prepare written reports, and establish repair schedules as necessary.
  • Ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed to protect electrical and electronic components, adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Utilize the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to its full capability for maintenance tracking and reporting.
  • Participate in production and safety meetings as required.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and special assignments as needed.
Qualifications
  • Certification or vocational training in Electrician, Automectronics, Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electronics and/or automation maintenance.
