Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Spray Foam Insulation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on spray foam experience, takes pride in quality workmanship, and follows strict safety standards.## Responsibilities
* Apply open-cell and closed-cell spray foam insulation
* Operate spray rigs, compressors, and related equipment safely
* Prepare and clean job sites before and after application
* Monitor foam quality, temperature, and thickness during installation
* Follow OSHA and company safety standards
* Communicate effectively with leads and supervisors## Requirements
* Spray foam insulation experience is required
* Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
* Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in hot, cold, or confined areas
* Strong attention to detail, reliability, and work ethic## Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday (occasional overtime or travel may be required)## Compensation Pay is based on experience## Benefits
