Maintenance Technician – The Veridian | Lexington, KY Competitive Pay | Monthly BonusesThe Veridian is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you have apartment maintenance experience and enjoy solving problems, we want to hear from you.

- High school diploma or GED
- Previous maintenance experience (multifamily strongly preferred)
- EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) strongly preferred
- HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliances, and general building maintenance
- Ability to participate in an after-hours on-call rotation
- Basic hand tools and reliable transportation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Complete resident service requests promptly and professionally
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
- Perform preventive maintenance and property inspections
Maintain the grounds, buildings, and community amenities - Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment
- Follow all safety policies and company procedures
- Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
