Job Title: Skilled Maintenance Technicians and Tradesmen
Location: Lexington, Kentucky

As we continue to grow and expand our facilities, we are seeking experienced, dependable maintenance professionals to assist with commercial and facility maintenance projects on an as-needed basis.

We are looking for skilled tradespeople to join our team of maintenance professionals who will work on an as-needed basis to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. As a Skilled Maintenance Technician and Tradesman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of commercial and facility maintenance projects, including but not limited to:

• Commercial & Residential Plumbing
• Electrical Repairs & Installations
• HVAC Service & Repairs
• Carpentry
• Drywall, Painting & Finishing
• Welding & Fabrication
• General Building Maintenance
• Equipment Repair
• Other Skilled Trades

• Complete quality repairs and maintenance projects in a timely and efficient manner
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues using strong problem-solving skills
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals
• Provide your own basic hand tools (specialty tools are a plus)
• Flexibility to work on a per diem or project-based basis

• Proven experience in your trade
• Ability to work independently and complete quality repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
