** Journeyman Lead HVAC Installer
** who specializes in residential & light commercial replacement to serve our customers in Lexington and the surrounding counties. We are in search of hard-working, licensed HVAC Lead Installers that have a strong knowledge base who enjoy their trade, have strong communication skills, and are team players.

* Job Duties and Responsibilities:
*** Ability to fully install HVAC systems from rough to final
* Inspect each aspect of an installation before leaving the job to prevent unnecessary callbacks after a job is completed
* Inspect system after each installation is completed to ensure that the system is working properly
* Paperless environment - tablet/smartphone proficiency preferred
* Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck
* Customer service
* Assist and mentor others
** The qualified candidate will possess the following:
*** Minimum of 3 years of experience
* Journeyman License
* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
* Customer service / soft skills / building value focused
