Responsibilities

Conduct thorough inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential safety issues.

Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs with precision.

Diagnose complex mechanical problems using modern diagnostic scanners and your own hands-on expertise.

Communicate clearly with service advisors about the status of repairs and the specific needs of each vehicle.

Maintain an organized and safe workspace to ensure quality work and efficiency.

Keep up with manufacturer updates and technical training to sharpen your skills over time.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Previous experience working as an automotive technician or a formal technical education.

Foundational knowledge of vehicle mechanical and electrical systems.

Own set of hand tools necessary for daily repairs.

ASE certifications are highly valued but not strictly required.

Strong troubleshooting instincts and a desire to learn new systems.
