Job SummaryThe University of Kentucky Intercollegiate Debate Program, housed within the College of Communication and Information, seeks a full‑time Intercollegiate Debate Program Coordinator to support its mission of expanding middle and high school speech and debate opportunities worldwide. This position involves designing and implementing curriculum and training materials tailored to international audiences, engaging with students, educators, and administrators, and fostering relationships with global stakeholders.
The International Outreach Coordinator will represent the University of Kentucky Debate Program at workshops, seminars, and conferences, promoting the growth and sustainability of debate programs globally. Extensive travel is required to support outreach efforts and strengthen partnerships across various regions. In addition to international outreach, this position will assist the Associate Director for Tournament Administration in managing day‑to‑day tournament operations and support local and regional initiatives to expand the program’s impact.
Responsibilities include participating in tournament planning, logistics and outreach events to ensure the smooth execution or programs and activities.
