Elementary Middle School School Psychologist - Lexington, Kentucky

• Hold a Masters degree in School Psychology or a closely related field
• Active Kentucky School Psychologist license required
• Previous experience working in elementary, middle, and/or high school settings preferred
• Strong assessment, consultation, and intervention skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and MTSS/RTI frameworks

• Conduct individual and group assessments to inform educational and behavioral interventions
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop effective strategies for student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of 504 and special education plans
• Support implementation of school-wide behavior management programs
• Offer professional development and consultative support for staff regarding student needs
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and policies
