Starting Pay:$25/hour

Contract Position

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate
Community Access Staff member
to provide community-based support to a client in Lexington, KY.

• Provide
  20-25 hours per week of community access services
• Support the client with meaningful activities and engagement in the community
• Encourage independence, participation, and positive community experiences
• Must be reliable, responsible, and professional
• Contract pay
  — this is an independent contract position
• Help create positive and engaging community experiences

• Starting rate: $25/hour
• After successfully completing the required
  Community Access Training
  and receiving a passing score, the rate will increase to$30/hour

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
