AI Software Engineer

• Design, develop, and deploy robust AI-powered applications focusing on agentic and multi-modal AI systems
• Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle from ideation and prototyping to deployment and monitoring in cloud environments
• Collaborate with AI researchers, scientists, software developers, and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence
• Build and optimize data pipelines for training, evaluating, and serving AI models

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong track record of building and deploying AI/ML solutions
• Deep proficiency in Python and experience with modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Tensor Flow)
• Hands‑on experience with deploying and operationalizing backend services in a Kubernetes‑based environment
• Strong understanding of cloud‑based architectures and Dev Ops practices (AWS and Git Lab CI/CD experience preferred)

• Interest or experience with agentic AI, retrieval augmented generation, vector databases, and Llama Index
• Proven ability to lead complex technical projects and mentor other engineers
• Passion for innovation and staying at the cutting edge of AI technology
