Key responsibilities in your new role

• Tool Development :
  Design and implement software tools to process large measurement and simulation datasets for SPICE compact model generation
• Data Pipeline :
  Build data ingestion, cleaning, and transformation pipelines to convert raw lab data into model-ready inputs
• Automation :
  Create automated quality assurance checks and regression tests for new SPICE models to improve throughput
• Analysis :
  Develop scripts and visualizations to identify model deficiencies and quantify model quality metrics
• Collaboration :
  Work with device modelers and process engineers to translate modeling requirements into software features
• Documentation :
  Produce clear, reproducible documentation and usage guides for lab tools and QA procedures

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education :
  Pursuing BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related field
• Programming :
  Strong coding experience in Python and/or C++ and scripting languages for automation
• Modeling :
  Familiarity with circuit simulation and SPICE or equivalent simulation environments is a plus
• Analysis :
  Experience with data analysis tools (Num Py, pandas, MATLAB) and data visualization libraries
• Tools :
  Comfortable with version control systems such as Git and basic software engineering practices
• Communication :
  Clear written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Mindset :
  Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and focused on improving quality and productivity through software
