The Role
- Hands‑On Mastery: You will be on the front lines, operating heavy equipment and executing the daily maintenance of the course.
- Outdoor Grit: This is a four‑season role. You must be to work outdoors in all elements—from the peak heat of summer to the freezing temperatures of winter projects.
- Leadership Growth: You will help lead a dedicated crew, learning how to manage people, time, and resources effectively.
Compensation & Perks
- Pay: $18.00 – $24.00/hour (Based on experience).
