TWO MEN AND A TRUCK - Louisville, Ky
The Training Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, performance, and operational readiness of new hires through coaching, training, and leadership. This role focuses heavily on coaching and accountability. This is primarily a field-based role, with occasional office work required.
Starting pay: $23/hour plus tips
Moving experience preferred. Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license and a good driving record over the last 5 years.
Candidates are expected to have reliable transportation to/from work. Must be willing to authorize a background check and pre-employment drug screen, TWO MEN AND A TRUCK is a drug-free work place.
Compensation
* Starting pay: $23/hour plus tips

Core Responsibilities
Crew Training & Development
* Develop, implement, and maintain training programs for new hires and ongoing employee development.
* Track and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve skills and efficiency.
* Ensure training programs emphasize safety, proper moving techniques, and adherence to company policies.
Move Execution
* Greet customers upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises.
* Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer's belongings.
* Work with a team of movers to load and unload moving trucks.
* Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection.
* Safely drive and maneuver a box truck.
